I work in the hospitality business, so I have a lot of empathy for people that have to deal with travellers. I'm usually very forgiving when reviewing hotels or travel experiences. The Amerihost in Ionia has a wonderful staff for starters. I stayed there for a week in August and they tended to my every need, with a smile on their face's.
