Just fine for me!

I came to Lansing to spend the weekend with my daughter. I had only been checked in an hour when she had an injury and had to go to the emergency room. I called the front desk to ask about getting a taxi. The gentleman that took the call asked what the situation was and said just come to the desk... thej, a user of Tripadvisor.
