Worst Stay Ever

This place had potential but it fell short. Beds were horrible; I could have just slept on the floor it would've been more confortable; spring was broken in it too. Shower kept getting hotter. Remodeling - no elevators, no lobby, no apology

Wonderful hotel!
We stayed at AmeriSuites over the holiday and had a wonderful time! All of the staff at the front desk were very polite, friendly and even called us by name on our 2nd day there.
