The Best Western Park Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of Muskegon. We are close to the Lake Express Ferry Docks, Michigans Adventure Amusement Park, Lake Michigans Beautiful White sand Beaches, very close to a nice sit down restaurant, The Lakes Mall, Great Lakes Downs horse racing track, Winter sports complex. Overall if you want an adventure this my be the place for you, but if you want a good vacation better stay some were else. more on Yahoo! Travel

I am sourly disappointed in Best Western; I have never been so disappointed in this Hotel chain before this visit. more on Yahoo! Travel

Winds up we had a great dinner at a nearby Finley's, the bed was comfortable, & the TV worked fine, so I guess it served its purpose for the night. more on Yahoo! Travel

The hotel and staff are wonderful as well as the pool except again there were no steps in /out so I was unable to make use of it. more on Yahoo! Travel

The hotel floors stink when entering,the bathroom tub was nasty and had hair in it,the toilet was not clean it had urine on the bowl(not the seat )the white part,I had to clean the bathroom and the floor had dust all on the sides ... more on Yahoo! Travel
