... no room service, no restaurant and offers little to do in the facility. The Pool is small and the room the pool is in is very moldy and dirty. The towels offered at the pool are tiny and old. Never again not even free

... floors stink when entering,the bathroom tub was nasty and had hair in it,the toilet was not clean it had urine on the bowl(not the seat )the white part,I had to clean the bathroom and the floor had dust all on the sides of toilet,3 ... Great Value but not handicap acc.

... checking in I discovered they have no handicap facilities at all! It would have been nice to know ahead of time. This hotel does not deserve the name Best Western!

... but everything went downhill from there! The toilet wasn't connected to the floor and when we sat down, it rocked.
