Just terrible! Staff unproffesional--didn't even know what they were doing. Asked for a non-smoking room, got a non-smoking room; it was filled with the stench of cigarette smoke. Very dirty. Probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are dingy. The carpet was stained, smelly and had numerous "waves" in it.
