Not a good experience

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Troy for 1 night. We knew right from the start that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. As we were walking down the hallway towards our room, there were bags of trash and dirty plates from room service outside of numerous doors. Our room seemed clean enough, ...
