My stay was nice but it was very loud, alot of kids screaming from the pools that I could hear from inside my room on the other floors, swearing and other kids running through-out the halls all evening. more on TripAdvisor

The only MAJOR problem was that the Hotel billed my credit card again even though it had been completely paid for in advance. more on Yahoo! Travel
