not very happy
I booked a room one week in advance, specifically asking for a non-smoking room. When we arrived, I could smell that the room had been, at least at one time, a smoking room, with smoke lingering on the upholstered chair, rug and bedspread. Works for me..........
I stay at the Baymont about once a month when visiting the area for business. I find the Hotel to be clean and the service friendly and prompt.
