I stayed at this hotel because of a wedding held here. After discovering some belongings had "disappeared" from my room, I reported it to the staff and manager. Staff at the desk was polite, courteous, helpful, and professional. However, that's the end of the good news. Holiday Inn should fire its entire housekeeping staff and start over. Staff was friendly, lobby was dingy, hallways were dark and dingy, room smelled damp like air conditioner couldn't keep up. Had a lovely view of the roof with the HVAC unit. I loved the staff I was amazed at how they went out of their way to make me stay relaxing and enjoyable. I stayed at the hotel with my two young children and the front desk staff offered a free upgrade to a poolside room when she heard my kids talking about swimming.
