The staff (Kavanaugh Family) are welcoming and accommodating hosts and hostesses. more on TripAdvisor

The location is great-basically a private drive and very quiet but near 2 major resorts, Maddens and Cragens, and the nice golf courses available in the Brainerd area. more on TripAdvisor

Kavanaugh's is a little unusual in that all of the accomodations that I could see appear to be relatively brand new. more on TripAdvisor

This was a tasteful unit with a large master bedroom, 2 baths, a murphy bed in the living room, and a more than decent kitchen. more on TripAdvisor

High speed wifi made it even better and just can't say enough about how friendly and attentive the staff were. more on TripAdvisor
