We have just returned from a week at the Americinn. The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. I recently stayed here for three nights - was placed in a non smoking room at my request - but it smelled of smoke - I lived with it, and had them change the bed spread the next morning which they did - the front desk people in the day time were nice and polite - but the evening staff seemed uninterested in helping or serving - Otherwise the room was okay and ...
