The hotel could not provide room that was confirmed. The person at the front desk did not seem concerned that the customers were unsatisified. One customer has allergies to smoke. Wonderful!
We were on a bus tour to the north shore of Lake Superior and spent a night at the Hampton both coming and going. Upon arrival we were welcomed by staff, our luggage was promptly delivered to our beautiful rooms!. The room had all the comforts of home, and great beds! The rooms were quiet which I...
