Lack of Customer Service
The staff could care less who you are. No one told me where my room was and when I checked in the lady at the front desk took my info and then did not say a single more word to me. price too much for too little
Out of the Holiday Inns I have been too this probably isn't the best. Stayed there on a friday and wasn't really busy. I booked here because I went to the Burnsville MN site and found a 20% off coupon so go there for that..but really its not a discount because the lowest rooms are bout $88 which ... lilsweetie2043, a user of Tripadvisor.
