5.0: Great staff, graet atmosphere!

It's nice to still be able to find a full service property in the sea of limited service hotels. I for one would pay a little extra to have room service instead of being herded down to a common feeding area like livestock, being fed $0.52 worth of cereal on doughnuts. 2.0: Very dirty!

The first room we were in was obviously not dusted. There was stuff on the floor and a bug in the corner. I asked to be switched to a different room. The new room was no better.
