2.0: Jekyll & Hyde Accommodations

Stayed here on a Saturday night to attend a wedding nearby. Rooms family rented were: 1) Deluxe King 2) Deluxe Garden Court Queen 3) Executive Queen and 4) Executive King. The executive rooms were huge with better air to breathe! Called two days in a row about reservations. Verified rates and left voice mail for the manager who did not call back. I didn't make a reservation. Called the next day and the same clerk said she had made a non-guaranteed reservation for an executive queen (that I had not known about). I downgraded to a deluxe room. On the wedding day, got a call from the desk clerk that our reservation was canceled because we were expected the night before and didn't show up. We didn't need or ask for two nights! Have no idea how this happened. Glad we were home to get the call and appreciated that the clerk contacted us. Entryway was clean and attractive. Well-lit parking surrounds three sides of the hotel.
