2.0: Can you say understaffed?

Our first nonsmoking room was smoked odored. Our second room the bathroom toilet ran all night long. We stayed 4 nights and 2 of the 4 nights our room was not cleaned. : Affordable though not exciting

The Four Points by Sheraton in Minneapolis is affordable and acceptable, but it's not the most exciting hotel property in the Twin Cities. I selected the Four Points despite the negative reviews I read because they were one of the few hotels near downtown which allowed a one-night stay that evening.
