overall the Marriott Minnetonka is a nice hotel, clean, good food, in a freeway friendly location. What I was shocked about was they do not have bellman to assist with luggage. Rich name poor rooms & service
This would be our first stay in a "real" Marriott hotel, just to see how this would be. The price was higher then the usuall Marriott chains like Courtyard, Fairfield, Residence inn and so on. Horrible Customer Service!
I checked in to this hotel at 7pm. The lady at the front desk had a name tag that said something something manager, so you'd expect her to be friendly as could be...WRONG! She was a [--]!!
