Don't go there on business unless you have an account set up.
This room was booked for me by my office for a government business trip to the MN Dept of Revenue. When I got there after a 4 hour drive I was told that the purchase order could not be honored as we had not set up an account. Clean friendly, but a bit over priced
The hotel staff were very pleasant and professional. Rooms were clean. Both my husband and myself drove and the parking for the hotel was $8.00 per car per night. Nice hotel, noisy atrium
My husband and I stayed here for one night in August so we could check out capitol, St. Paul's Cathedral, other downtown sites. Hotel was in okay location--sites above were walkable, but it was hot the afternoon we were there, so the few extra blocks to hotel made a difference. fix the elevators
""A nice hotel and good service. My only complaint is the elevators are broken half the time and slow, slow, slow. What makes this worse is that the stairs do not go all the way to the bottom floor...so you HAVE to use the dumb elevators. They should fix both problems.
