We had an excellent stay at your hotel. The service was wonderful and the location in prox. to the convention site (i.e., coliseum) was excellent. Everyone was so nice. 2.0: It could have been cleaner

The rooms were not very clean, especially in the bathrooms. The floors were dirty and the tubs had mold. The towels were rough and abrasive and the beds weren't comfortabe.
