The fact that this is currently rated the #1 lodging establishment in Meridian, ahead of a newer Hilton Garden Inn, is quite puzzling. We spent two very uncomfortable nights at the Microtel. I say uncomfortable because I had the feeling I'd need to be sprayed down with disinfectant before being able to enter my own home once we got back from our trip.
