Waste of time

We stayed at Fitzgeralds in a pullman suite on 10-20-2005. We pulled up the valet door and began to unload our items and the valet attendent wanted to know what we were doing and if we were abandoning our vehicle there. I ask ... Not a good first experience

My husband and I spent the last weekend at the Fitzgerald. First problem, we had reserved a room with a King size bed. Upon arrival, we were given a room with 2 double beds. We were told that our reservations only secured a room not the bed size. Then why are you asked what type of bed/room you want when you make reservations?? Some friends and I were going to ... Think twice.

We stayed at Fitzgerald casino/hotel in the Tunica MS. area on November 7 and 8, 2003. We checked out on Nov. 9, 2003. The lobby of the hotel looked fine, much like a chain hotel. The room was a non smoking room and was on the dreary side.The only amenities were a hair dryer and a bottle of shampoo. Most hotels have bottles of hand lotion and shower caps.
