Disrespected and uncomfortable
We stayed in a 2 bed suite, with mattresses that were as hard as a poorly carpeted floor. When we complained, we were switched to a room with a King sized bed, with a broken toilet. Is this really an Embassy Suites hotel?
Is this really an Embassy Suites hotel? I've stayed in lots of Embassy Suites, but this is much different. This hotel is dingy, dark and dated. The carpet is worn, the furnishings look old and out of date. The suites are so small that we couldn't even walk in the front room after the sofa bed was... fit-writer, a user of Tripadvisor.
