The staff acted as if they didn't have a clue. The head of house cleaning had more professional sense to her than the "GM", if you want to call him that. Booked room directly through hotel and paid $99.00 per night. As others have noted, the rooms have no tempature control and our room was very hot. This was a great hotel with good dinning 10years ago. It has lost its paint, its overall ambiance, and the restaurant is terrible. The personnel is not rude, they do not care enough for that. See above. The rundown rooms and the disrespectful service. Don't stay here. There are plenty of decent hotels with non-combative staff trained in hospitality.
