Lost a Customer

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times and they lost my reservation 2 out of thress times. They put me in a smoking room when I asked for a non-smoking room and tried to argue that I never asked for a non-smoking room. The staff never know what's going on and it's poorly ... By A Yahoo! Not the best Holiday Inn I've seen
My entire family stayed here recently for a wedding reception held at the hotel. Overall, this hotel did not live up to what I expect when staying at a Holiday Inn. That was the best service
This hotel is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff were very friendly and very professional. It was 5 star service at a 3 star price.
