The Olive Branch Inn is in an excellent location - just a few blocks from the historic square of Independence, Missouri. It is within walking distance of several historic sites. Very clean and friendly

The hotel is an old office building. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area. Wireless Internet access was available in the room which was a nice surprise. Clean, big rooms, nothing fancy, nice staff

This place used to be an office building for the RLDS and it still kind of feels like one with cinder block walls and stainless steel switch plate covers, but who cares. Wow! Such a nice Surprise!!! We LOVE THE Olive Branch Inn

We found the Olive Branch Inn (OBI) from an internet search. We had been looking at Bed &Breakfasts in the area for our anniversary. I wanted something "extra" in our room for our anniversary and everyone else was charging $50-140. When I stumbled upon OBI online I thought, "no way, that's scary ...
