What a disappointment
We stayed on St. Patricks day weekend on my brother in laws recomendation. Had we known what we know now, we never would have stated. We plan to warn others.

Business Hotel in a Good Location
If you need a hotel in Kansas City near the Country Club Plaza and the Westport area, this hotel is a good option. It is about five blocks from the Plaza and four blocks from Westport. Not up to standard...
Stayed here as part of family vacation. The good: Pool was beautiful...kids loved it. Room was clean; bathroom was clean. Staff polite. The bad: Called downstairs to ask if ATM on site; answer was "yes". After taking elevator downstairs, found out that yes, there was an ATM, it was just not worki...
