Louis was a very warm and friendly place to stay. more on Orbitz

The staff was noticably overworked, lines to check in were long (it took us about 25 minutes), and a Baptist conference taking place at the hotel meant that elevator waits were long (5-7 minutes) and the fitness center, business center, lobby and pool areas were extraordinarily overcrowded. more on TravelPost.com
