Great location, looking old

I have had meeting at this hotel before, but never stayed in one of the rooms before. The main lobby has a great view of the lake. However, the rooms are looking dated and worn on the edges. Okay for the money

It was clean and okay, but I don't believe they've spent any time or money on upkeep of the building/grounds for some time. Paint peeling off the building; our "lake view" was looking over weeds, beer cans & discarded lawn chairs.
