1.0: unacceptable internet service

Internet service is unacceptable. The cable modem keeps resetting, so I lose my vpn connection. Support reset the equipment, but that is a temporary fix at best. DNS and proxy is very slow.

I found this to be a very plesant place to stay, the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the rates of $70 per night were more than reasonable.
