I discussed this with front desk, personally picking up fresh towels, with plans for room to be cleaned after we left for supper. more on CitySearch

Our room was madeup Saturday with fresh towels, but returning from outing on Sunday PM, a day when rates went up, the room was not serviced. more on CitySearch

Saturday AM, we discovered that if you wanted fresh towels, bed service, minimal cleanup of room, you had to request it by Friday, 6PM, prior to our checking in. more on CitySearch
