Not a good experience

I was given a complimentary stay in this hotel due to being bumped from my flight. NWA gave me a voucher for one night - so I really had no idea what to expect, but I knew it was a Holiday Inn - so I figured it must be farirly decent place. Guess I'm just not as fussy as some!

My husband, son, and I have stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years, so yes, it is a bit dated on carpet and decorations but we always get a great rate, we love the indoor/outdoor pool, indoor hottub, steam room, and workout room.
