Great

For what you pay for this hotel...you get a good deal. I have stayed here 3 times in the last 4 months and have been pleased all times. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable. Neat History, but a "2 star" at best!!

Was in an older part of town. It is right on Route #66. Some neat history and photos. Rooms were clean, but I'm a smoker, and the rooms stunk to high heaven. (Pretty bad, when a smoker complains.) Quiet place with very good service

The Best Western Rail Haven's location is great, on Glenstone Rd. and close to the outlet mall. I really liked the reception area, it's very original and looks like a drive thru diner. Don't get too excited about this place

My husband and I like to visit Route 66 landmarks, so when we needed to spend the night in Springfield, Mo, the Rail Haven attracted our attention. The favorable review on Trip Advisor clinched it.
