An acceptable establishment
TRIP PURPOSE: We were vacationing in Springfield for the weekend to attend the annual Grizzly Industrial tool sale which my son and I do. My wife attended with us so there were three of us adults staying in a king suite. RESEARCH: Not much research was to be had on the net regarding this hotel short of the it's own web page which was flattering, of course. Still, having stayed at a Drury some years back, which we liked very much, we decided this was not a difficult decision. HOTEL: The hotel itself is well maintained with no noticable issues whatsoever aside from minimal pool cleaning that could have been from wind. STAFF: The staff were all immaculate in their appearance with what appeared to be tailored uniforms. Staff members themselves were well mannered, seemed happy to assist and neatly groomed.
