A disaster - understaffed, rigid general manager, other unhappy guests

Unable to use mapquest or local.google to get directions, even using their site's link (which doesn't mention that this is a wasted effort). Tried to call 3 times while on my way - only to get voice mail! Weird, began not to feel like a real hotel - even a busy front desk will usually pick up the phone at some point.
