We recently stayed there and learned that this was nipped in the bud back when it happened and hasn't been an issue since. more on TripAdvisor

You get what you pay for (though I dont mean to imply it was cheap...but it was lower than most other places). more on TripAdvisor

Overall it was an okay place but next time I will spend the extra money for quiet and for a nice usable balcony with a view. more on TripAdvisor
