just ok place with crappy service

Rooms are ok, spaceous but nothing special. Staff does not understand customer service, and i never really felt they were reliable or on top of it. attitudes were actually shocking, except one housekeeper who actually acted like she cared. service at restaurant is hit and miss. This place is a classic example of tons of potential squandered and ruined. Probably the best location on the entire lake, it just goes downhill the second you enter the doors. nice resort type hotel

This hotel is right on the lake, the room was nice and clean. We got up early and went to Whitefish montana and did "Walk in the tree tops", this was fun and well worth the cost.
