It is fun to stay right in an old mining town. The Fairweather is decorated in a simple, old-fashioned way -- genteel, but a bit faded. Loved the athenticity and history of this Inn.

Lovely historic Inn. We rented the room with the washroom included but would not hesitate to rent a room with only access to public washrooms as they are very accessible. My family is from this area. My Mom actually lives in McAllister.So for me it was just like visiting an old friend.
