3.0: very slow to respond to problems

The good:

The indoor pool and hot tub that were open until 11pm was the best feature of this hotel.

We selected this hotel because it had rooms with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. So each member of my party could have their own bed.

The room had it's own microwave and fridge which was nice as we were staying for 4 days and could chill the stuff to put in our cooler for our day trips into yellowstone national park

The continetal breakfast is served until 10am (most place I stay are only unt
til 9) and you can make your own waffle.

Free wifi in the room.

Bathroom was clean.

Booking the room was an absolute joke. I was originally reserving 7 rooms for a fun family get away. After several phone calls of just ringing, ringing, ringing, I finally got someone on the phone.
