Very adequate - walking distance to the town centre

Very poor customer service

I have travelled extensively and this staff consists of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They overcharged our Visa and when I called to get some assistance, I was told that 'we have your money, what are you going to do'. Billing errors can and do happen, but one would expect that hote... Look Closely before checking in
We were there during off-season so the rates were reasonable. On the surface, it seemed nice. The suite was roomy, had a faux fireplace, kitchenette, jetted tub. The room was adequate, although it certainly could have used some real cleaning. This was off-season and very slow. This fact made it difficult to understand the room price.
