A clean but disorganized place

It's been 2 years since we've stayed at this hotel so things may have changed for the better (or for the worse). We found the place to be clean so no problems with that. However, the staff was very disorganized and didn't seem to communicate well with each other. We checked in right after shift change and all appeared to go well.
