This is no longer known as Hawthorne Suites. They are now Alpine Ridge apartments. We checked in and the heat was not on. It was a chilly 54o. Took 4 hours for the temp to reach at least 70o. We had to turn it on ourselves. Lady at ... more on MyTravelGuide
