frist of all, they are very frindly staff and welcome reception helpful for visitors such as u can got all information you can got from thier staff, like toursist or others information, nice calm lobby with nice bar, good centre location, very near to central staion which can got the train to every where in Holland or europe. more on Agoda.com

Of course, because the concierge was drowning in luggage, there was no one available to help with info about tours, etc. As a result we lost out on opportunities for most of the longer tours we might have liked to book (that other cruisers we ran into who had booked themselves into lower priced lodging nearby were able to get assistance from their hotels in arranging). more on Yahoo!
