""travel with 6 families. made reservations in january for nonsmoking room king bed. 20 minutes to check in... very rude at counter. in room - very smoky & twin beds. lugged suitcases downstairs advised front clerk of problem. Nice Location, but lost my pants...!
Just came back from 1 week at Fitzgeralds. Comfortable room with nice view on 27th floor. Room was clean except windows and ceiling stained with cigarette smoke.
