Very disappointed

This is a copy of the letter I sent to the hotel management, following my trip; I never received a reply: "I recently spent one night at your property, and wanted to express my disappointment and displeasure with my stay. I am writing you because the desk clerks I spoke with were either uninterested or unable to address my concerns. I had been looking forward to my time at your hotel, and in fact my original reservations were for a multi-night stay. From the information and photos posted on your website, to your advertisement in the phone book and listings on internet travel sites, I had every reason to believe the Truckee River Lodge would be a pleasant, clean, ...
