1.0: If you have kids - stay away!

We went to check out the Ridge because we heard of the great activities for kids and we are in the market to purchase a timeshare week in Tahoe. We went unannounced and not to a planned "sales pitch". We received a master key and were sent alone to check out the room that they "thought" was vacant, but told to knock first "just in case" (I was surprised at their lackadaisical attitude toward the security of their guests). When we dropped in to check out the kids club we were met at the door by a very unhappy girl who was "caring" for the kids and I use that term very loosely. I personally witnessed ...
