A bit of old world elegance
We enjoyed this grand old hotel . The service was great and it was fun to stay in such a grand old resort hotel which was built in the 1800's. There were all the amenties like a huge heated pool , poolside service , a golf course a wonderful bar and restaurant. Older hotel, with character
The Algonnquin is an older hotel, and a ideal location. It is next to the Kings Brae gardens, near a lovely playground, and a reasonable walk to town, even for a 6 year old.
