Canceled reservation by hotel

... we are supposed to leave for our weekend vacation in NH, I have received a phone call telling me that the hotel has cancelled our reservation and will be returning our deposit. The cabin was disgusting--dirty, mismatched...the "lake" was a little bit of murky water off to the side of a highway...they had a paddle boat to get around on it but the filth was so thick, ...
