Never use the banquet facilities
I had booked the banquet room for my daughters wedding 15 months prior to the event and we had also reserved 30 rooms for out-of-town guests. In that time span, we had to deal with several different managers that didn't know what the previous manager had agreed to have done. Thank goodness I had a contract!
