We were treated rudely upon check-in, when we mentioned that we already had our ski tickets, and asked for a better rate on our room. more on Yahoo! Travel

We had an awful 2 night's sleep. The bed was, as my husband lamented, "like trying to sleep on a postage stamp", the walls were paper thin, and the heating system left us too hot or too cold and all with dry throats. No refrigerator ... more on Yahoo! Travel
