Terrible Customer service

We were refered to this hotel by the manager of the Emerald Isle who said this was her cousins hotel and that they would match her rate. After we had checked in we realized that we had a room saved for us at the Emerald Isle. We were sent back to the Stone Gable to tell the desk clerk that there ... My regular stopping place

I have been staying at this motel for many years. Though it has changed hands, the quality has remained the same: a good, clean, quiet place to sleep with friendly management.
